This is where I have a problem with some of the candidates. People looking at a candidates religious beliefs to do their voting. If you have a good candidate it should not matter what their religion because of the seperation of church and state their beliefs should not come into play at all.
I know Santorum has a problem with that seperation but that is how it is supposed to be, and I am not saying that I don’t take exception to it in some ways, usually because as we are told there is to be no crossover of church and state but when Congress is in session they always begin with a prayer as with the swearing into office among just a couple of examples.
The other that gets me is Gingrich promising $2.50 gal gas! How may I ask can he do that without basically paying companies to allow it and in the end we are paying more anyway! A President does not have that kind of power no matter what he thinks he would have! And voting for him just because he is southern is really ridiculous!
I just don’t see any of these candidates making a big splash and having overwhelming support by enough to really make it to the Presidency! Especially with the type of mudslinging they are all doing, they are acting like kids on a muddy playground and fighting over the only swing! (Actually kids may behave better!)
